This photograph is one of my favorites and I go out with my sister and my cousin, they are the people I most want and more important to me. This photograph was taken by Joseph who is the boyfriend of my cousin Tamara , the day of my 19th birthday at a party held in Ritoque beach to which we were in the summer of 2015. I much since that day had a good time with friends. We danced all night and met many acquaintances.

1   I think all sports serve to health, because in this way keeps fit the body and helps to improve many diseases , such as improving the quality of life of individuals, improves physical fitness and strength , regulates blood pressure , increases or maintains bone density , improves insulin resistance , helps maintain body weight, among other benefits. It is proven that people with fewer resources do less sport, this may be because it is believed that only afford a gym is sports, it is also the excuse of time as most people work or have to perform other activities. My favorite piece of technology is my beautiful phone, what I have already 1 year ago, my grandfather gift me after school , it's a very cute cell white, an iPhone and I use it daily, when not me feel I'm missing something very important .

I do not know what I would do if I had it as it is with me every moment. I use to fill applications like WhatsApp , Facebook, Instagram, retrica , to study when I travel and music . That is an advantage because I can use it at all times.

A week ago I broke the back and I was sad because I always care much. Once I tried to steal it but failed .
